Mark is simply the best! I have worked with other real estate agents who, after showing a few houses, quickly grow impatient. Mark is a buyer's dream agent. I bought my house during an extreme seller's market. I looked for a house for 8 months! I put in offers on 6. On one house I offered $150,000 over the asking price. People were turning in dozens and dozens of offers over a weekend! Yes, I was also picky but Mark was incredibly thoughtful, knowledgable, super patient and always positive.
